women’s Renewal Retreat + Leadership Coaching

What is it and who is it for?
This program is for anyone who wants to embrace life and leadership with a sense of purpose and adventure. Maybe you are in the midst of a transition—whether it’s a business change, job shift, phase of life transition, or health challenge—or perhaps you’re simply ready to discover version 2.0 of yourself (or maybe it is version 3.0, or 4.0 by now).
What the program includes:
The program kicks off with a 5-day Renewal retreat
in the stunning Swiss Alps.
You and a small group of other extraordinary business leaders will hike by day and stay in beautiful, charming accommodations (with great food!) by night. The retreat is your opportunity to:
- Untangle yourself from the pressures of the day-to-day.
- Enjoy nature, physically challenge yourself, and refuel.
- Clarify your goals and gain perspective.
- Build a powerful network and community.
Executive Leadership Coaching
The program includes 10 one-on-one coaching sessions with a professional
executive coach (Stacy or Mitch). Both have advised and coached hundreds
of leaders to break through their perceived limitations to achieve extraordinary results.
With individual coaching support, you’ll level up your leadership, garner more success in your current role, and figure out how to reach the next level–whatever that means for you. One-on-one coaching sessions may be utilized before and/or after the retreat.
Group Coaching
Following the retreat, we will host 12 group coaching sessions with your retreat cohort that will expertly cater to the needs of the group—addressing real-time challenges and opportunities, and strengthening your support network.
Cohorts often continue to meet, long after the official program has come to a close, thereby creating a “board of directors” of sorts, to give and get ongoing support as you navigate life & leadership.
