Or maybe it’s a personal transition: the death of a loved one, divorce, empty nesting, or a new phase of life.

high impact LEADERSHIP for NGO/Nonprofit Leaders
Cinque Terre, Italy
This transformative program is for Nonprofit and NGO leaders focused on creating a better world for women and girls. Twelve leaders from different organizations (nationally and internationally) will gather to crystalize their vision and plan their short and long-term strategy for impact.
The program begins with an immersive leadership development experience in Cinque Terre, where leaders will build high-trust relationships, expand their network of supporters, assess what’s working and what’s not, and identify key areas to leverage and grow, as leaders and as an organization. Leaders will stay connected through monthly accountability cohorts and 1:1 executive coaching. Each leader will receive an interview-based 360 to gain perspective into their areas of greatest strength and areas to grow. The goal: accelerated leadership development and breakthroughs to achieve exponential results and impact.

All the proceeds, beyond trip cost, will be donated to LDEF (Leadership Development Equity Fund). This fund fuels scholarships for nonprofit leaders, NGO leaders, and underrepresented leaders.
