Tier 1
Monthly Storytime
Zoom Meet-up. I share a story related to one of the “10 breaking free” themes (a topic with widespread relevance to the community), then pose question prompts for reflection and small-group discussion.
Monthly Discussion Series
An interactive Zoom discussion with a featured collaborator who brings niche expertise–leaders, authors, coaches, and speakers–with interactive Q&A and discussion.

Elevate and Accelerate
(Open to all)
Tier 1 Plus
Monthly group coaching call (90min Zoom)
Three leaders from the community get a 25-minute coaching spotlight. Each leader brings a challenge or opportunity they want support navigating. Through this process, you have the chance to:
Be coached (once per quarter)
Learn from coaching and advice given to other leaders
Practice and uplevel your coaching skills
*Additional group coaching sessions are added, as needed, to ensure a maximum group of 12 members per call.

Breakthrough
(Exclusive for Retreat Alumni)

Private LinkedIn Community
Expand and diversify your network. Connect with leaders who share your experience. Make asks and offers: broker connections and open doors. Share wisdom, resources, humor, and levity.
Retreat Alumni Group coaching call (90minutes per month)
Three leaders get a 25-minute coaching spotlight each month. This call is exclusively for Breakthrough Leadership Retreat Alumni–to maintain and grow connections within this special community, and continue to give/receive guidance and coaching from other brilliant leaders.
1:1 coaching:
Three 1:1 coaching sessions–to be used anytime over the year. Unused sessions are donated to rising leaders in the broader community, or someone of your choosing.
Additional Coaching access
For Retreat Alumni only, you may book additional 1:1 coaching or group coaching (if/as needed) on an À la carte basis, based on availability.
Member Pricing (and early access)
For upcoming retreats, events, and reunions.
This is an investment in you and your leadership development. For that reason, we anticipate the company you work for will be covering the cost of your participation–in full or in part.

The LDEF was established to ensure equitable access –for nonprofit leaders, rising leaders, those who are between jobs (or recovering from workplace trauma), leaders who have a larger financial commitment to their families or communities, or other circumstances that require assistance.
Nearly 50% of our Breakthrough Leadership Community has benefitted from our LDEF.
